Job summary

Picnic Technologies is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment center operations and ensure on-time delivery. You will lead improvement projects and drive data-driven decisions to boost efficiency across FC processes.

The role requires 1–6 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English (Dutch a plus). Shifts start early, with full-time hours and potential for flexible scheduling in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience, such as a Team Lead.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
• Experience analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets and managing improvement projects.
• Full-time availability with flexible hours; shifts start at 05:30 or 13:30.
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FC operations and ensure timely delivery of groceries.
• Lead improvement projects to boost efficiency in FC processes.
• Manage data-driven projects and act as project manager for improvements.
• Motivate and coach the team to foster a positive work environment.
