Job summary

Picnic in the Netherlands is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily FC operations and ensure timely delivery of groceries. You will lead shoppers, lead shoppers, shift leads and supervisors to streamline processes and drive improvement initiatives.

You will drive data-driven FC improvements, analyze data in Excel/Google Sheets, and coach your team to maintain a positive, efficient work environment. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience, such as a Team Lead.
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets and managing improvement projects.
• Fluency in English, with Dutch as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Running a Shift: oversee daily operations at the FC to keep deliveries on time.
• Working on Improvement Projects: manage data-driven FC process improvements.
• Problem Solving: fix issues quickly with a team of shift leads and shoppers.
• Leading a Team: motivate and coach the team to maintain a positive work environment.
