Job summary

Picnic is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance across multiple Dutch sites. You will lead shifts, drive safety, quality and productivity, and translate data insights into concrete actions on the floor.

With a Master’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain, you’ll apply Lean methodologies, manage incidents and planning escalations, and develop teams in a fast-paced scale-up. Join us at Picnic and help shape Europe’s grocery revolution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area (inbound or outbound).
• Lead teams across multiple shifts and drive engagement and accountability on the floor.
• Handle major incidents, plan escalations, and improve throughput.
• Lead improvement initiatives and Lean activities to reduce friction.
• Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, and on-time deliveries.
