Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to optimize day-to-day performance across multiple shifts at its Netherlands sites. You will lead teams, drive Lean initiatives, manage incidents, and translate data insights into concrete actions to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process discipline, and delivering measurable improvements in inbound and outbound operations across high-volume workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Experience with high-volume, high-SKU workflows.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: supervise 1 shift on the floor each week and drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area (inbound or outbound) delivering safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs.
• Lead teams across multiple shifts, driving engagement and strong leadership on the floor.
• Handle major incidents, set productivity inputs, and manage planning escalations when needed.
• Lead improvement initiatives and support Lean activities to remove friction from daily operations.
• Drive shift-level performance on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, completeness, timeliness, and perfect deliveries.
