Job summary

NH Collection is seeking Service Staff to join its restaurant and banqueting teams in Amsterdam. You will be an authentic host, delivering outstanding service to national and international guests while maintaining elegant dining experiences.

You will work a structured day in a hospitality setting, supported by a team, with opportunities for growth within Minor Hotels across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or upscale service is valued.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the restaurant and banqueting areas.
• Set up dining and bar spaces and ensure smooth service transitions.
• Assist with room service deliveries and banquet room preparations.
