ASML offers an internship within the Executive Talent Management team to support senior leaders across a global organization. You will help design, improve, and implement talent management initiatives and gain experience in project management, data analysis, and change activities.

You will work with experienced professionals in an international environment, developing leadership programs while contributing to employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Available for a minimum of 5 months and 4–5 days per week, with 2 days on-site.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with qualitative and quantitative information.
• Take initiative, work proactively, and manage tasks independently.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Support development and continuous improvement of talent management processes and programs.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, and training content for stakeholders.
• Contribute to change management activities supporting new initiatives.
• Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and learning sessions.
• Support ongoing HR projects and operations within the Executive Talent Management portfolio.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for process improvement and improved employee experience.
