Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• In final phase and available for a minimum of 5 months.
• Strong analytical skills with qualitative and quantitative information.
• Take initiative, work proactively, and can manage tasks independently.
• Clear and confident English communication, in writing and speaking.
• Collaborative, curious, and eager to contribute in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of talent management processes and programs.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, and training content for stakeholders.
• Contribute to change management activities for new initiatives.
• Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and learning sessions.
• Support ongoing HR projects within the Executive Talent Management portfolio.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced employee experience.
