Job summary

ASML offers a bachelor internship with the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Global Projects team in Veldhoven. You will contribute to improving process documentation, digital learning solutions, and knowledge management used worldwide.

You will work with experienced project management professionals on governance structures, process frameworks, and standardized practices, gaining hands-on experience in process analysis and continuous improvement within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Communication, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Interest in process management, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Able to structure complex information clearly and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve process documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate process flows with stakeholders across the organization.
• Standardize and update process maps using professional practices.
• Support migration and harmonization of process documentation.
• Create instructional videos and digital learning content for onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to process governance and standards.
