Job summary

Playhood is offering an Event Management Internship in Amsterdam. You’ll support planning and coordinating a variety of events, from parties to corporate gatherings, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll learn how events come together, work with clients, suppliers and venues, and take on responsibilities to help the team succeed. This internship offers real contribution and a collaborative, international team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Able to stay organized and execute plans.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating various events.
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues and contractors.
• Contribute to event setup, execution and wrap-up.
• Support administration and scheduling for events.
• Help the team with operational tasks when there are no events.
