Job summary

WONDR Experience Amsterdam is seeking a motivated Event Producer Intern to help bring immersive events to life. You will learn by doing, supporting logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution while connecting Sales and Customer Service to overall operations.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a study program, based in Amsterdam, with a passion for events and a drive to create memorable experiences. Weekend flexibility is a plus and you will join a dynamic, creative team.

Qualifications

• Based in or near Amsterdam and enrolled in an active study program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch; English is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating various aspects of events, including logistics, vendors, and timelines.
• Provide on-site support during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Support Sales, Customer Service and Operations and contribute ideas to enhance the event experience.

Role Overview:

As an Event Producer Intern at WONDR Experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in making concepts come to life and executing engaging events that leave a lasting impression on our audience.

You will also get practical experience (learning by doing) into how our Sales and Customer Service Areas all are interconnected to our overall operations.

• Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback analysis.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch Required, English proficiency in written and oral communication is a plus).
