Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI offers an internship with a focus on planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and social events in a vibrant, design-forward hotel environment. You will work as part of the Meetings & Events team, supporting event setup, client communication, and logistics in Amsterdam.

The role targets current students in hotel/hospitality/event management, available for at least 6 months, with a strong eye for detail and good English skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's or Master's in hotel-, hospitality-, event-management.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Enthusiastic about preparing and organizing meetings, congresses, parties and other events.
• Able to work independently with an eye for detail and a good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events for the Meetings & Events department.
• Coordinate booking details, room setups, and logistics for social and business events.
• Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
