Job summary

A green tech company in Amsterdam is seeking an AC Charger Product Support Engineer to provide technical support for AC charging products across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or Mechatronics and 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, collaboration with various departments, and creating documentation. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of €74,000 to €95,312.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years as a service/maintenance engineer or technical support role.
• Experience in EV charging, power electronics, or IoT products preferred.
• Fluent English (C1), Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues from customers.
• Provide remote technical support and conduct local testing.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Execute localized validation tests for firmware/hardware releases.
