Job summary

Autel Energy is seeking a Solution Engineer focused on pre-sales technical support and EV charging solution design. The role entails translating customer requirements into reliable, commercially relevant charging architectures and coordinating with Product Management and R&D to validate feasibility.

The candidate will lead technical discovery, sizing, and integration planning, while enabling customers and partners through trainings and workshops. An international environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in EV charging, energy, electrical infrastructure, automotive, mobility, renewable energy, or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and solution consulting to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Design and present AC/DC charging solutions based on customer requirements and scenarios.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and Project Delivery to validate solutions.
• Deliver product and solution training for customers and partners when required.
• Capture feedback for Product Management and R&D to drive improvements.
• Maintain clear technical communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
