Job summary

BYD Europe B.V. in Schiedam is seeking a Contracts Coordinator / Operations Support Administrator to manage the full contract lifecycle for service and commercial agreements within the After-Sales Operations.

You will align terms across Legal, Commercial, Regional Management and Operations to ensure practical execution across projects and regions. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, proactive issue resolution, and clear internal/external communication within a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle for service and commercial agreements from drafting support to execution and archiving.
Coordinate the contract execution process including internal approvals and signature workflows, tracking, and archiving.
Record and maintain key contract data (parties, dates, notices, obligations) in a central database for reporting.
Monitor expiry and notice periods and coordinate renewal or termination with Regional Managers.
Review contract terms for alignment with operational processes, service delivery, KPI feasibility, and project requirements.
Drive consistency across interrelated agreements to prevent misalignment between commitments and execution.
