IDEXX Veterinary Software Account Manager role based in Hoofddorp HQ, NL, focuses on managing strategic veterinary accounts across Europe. You will drive adoption of IDEXX software solutions and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

You will partner with Sales, Support, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to grow existing accounts, handle escalations, and support renewals and negotiations in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned corporate and strategic veterinary accounts across Europe.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and business value.
• Support customers throughout their lifecycle, maximizing adoption of IDEXX software solutions.
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolutions.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support software implementations, onboarding activities, and project delivery for strategic accounts.
• Develop growth plans for existing customers through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist with contract renewals, pricing discussions, and rebate programs.
