IDEXX Veterinary Software is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to support European corporate and strategic veterinary customers. You will act as a trusted partner, drive adoption of IDEXX software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on managing key accounts, growing business with veterinary groups, and guiding implementations and renewals to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned corporate and strategic veterinary accounts across Europe.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and value.
• Support customers throughout their lifecycle, maximizing adoption of IDEXX software solutions.
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolutions.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Support software implementations, onboarding activities, and project delivery.
• Develop growth plans for existing customers through upselling and expansion.
• Assist with renewals, pricing discussions, rebates, and negotiations.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage incoming commercial opportunities from veterinary groups and key customers.
