Michael Page is recruiting for an international logistics and transportation organisation that leverages data to drive decisions across Europe. You will manage the CRM platform, support tender processes, and develop Power BI dashboards and performance monitoring tools.

Deliver commercial insights, ensure data quality, and translate requirements into KPIs. You will collaborate with commercial, product, finance, and operations teams in a hybrid Netherlands-based role with strong career growth

Qualifications

• HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Experience within business support, commercial analytics, CRM management, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Affinity with logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, and governance.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying, data validation, transformation, and integration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Query capabilities.
• Experience with APIs, automated data extraction, and reporting automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Candidates must already have the right to work in the Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Collaborate with commercial, product, finance, and operational stakeholders across Europe.
