Job summary

Enfuce is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue by identifying and securing strategic partners across Europe. This senior, outbound-focused role builds relationships with regional ecosystem players and accelerates market access to unlock scalable routes to market.

You will own the partner acquisition journey end-to-end, shaping how partnerships fuel Enfuce's growth with Sales, Product and Commercial leadership. Fluency in English and another European language is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience closing strategic partnerships in fintech, payments or embedded finance.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, scheme dynamics and issuer infrastructure.
• Comfort navigating complex commercial, legal and compliance discussions.
• Commercial hunter mindset with proactive approach.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across financial services and technology.
• Fluent English plus at least one additional European language (Spanish, Italian or Polish) and regional networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure strategic partners that accelerate growth across priority regions and verticals.
• Develop regional partnership strategies supporting expansion into new European markets.
• Lead outbound partner development from research through to signed agreement.
• Craft compelling partner propositions for co-sell, integration and referral models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Build relationships with regional ecosystem players, consultancies and market influencers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track commercial impact.
• Negotiate partnership agreements that create long-term value for both parties.
