Job summary

Meyer Talent Acquisition is seeking a Business Development Manager - Payments for a client in Europe. You will drive partnerships to scale the euro stablecoin across banks, PSPs, and fintechs, bridging traditional payments with blockchain-enabled settlement.

You will negotiate commercial terms, define go-to-market strategies, and represent the ecosystem with regulators and industry bodies. English fluency required; European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships or commercial roles in payments, fintech or financial infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of traditional payments landscape and acquisition/issuing.
• Direct exposure to blockchain, digital assets or stablecoins with on-chain settlement experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities with payments infrastructure providers, networks, PSPs and fintechs.
• Build and manage a partner pipeline from outreach to signed agreements and integration handoff.
• Structure commercial terms in collaboration with Legal, Product and Treasury.
• Translate payments needs into product requirements for stablecoin rails and cross-border flows.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings to grow credibility.
• Report pipeline progress and market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
