Job summary

Mediq is seeking a Head of Operations Transformation to shape a European operating model across 14 countries. You will lead the transformation roadmap from strategy to adoption, working with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and the Operations Leadership Team.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering value through cost reductions, working capital improvements and better service levels. Fluent English and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking with ability to turn strategy into a practical operating model.
• Proven track record leading multi-country transformation programs.
• Ability to build credible business cases with measurable results.
• Fluent in English, willingness to travel across European markets.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end operations and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Shape the operations strategy and define priorities, investments and trade-offs.
• Design the target operating model including processes, network and data flows.
• Own the transformation roadmap with clear milestones across markets.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex implementation programs.
• Deliver measurable value by reducing costs and improving working capital.
• Secure adoption and governance across sites to sustain change.
