Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative and financial responsibilities in an international environment.
• Experience with project coordination and establishing new processes.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English; French would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Manage Netherlands and Belgium Finance Administration and contractor approvals.
• Process payments to affiliates and vendors on time.
• Support customer billing and liaise with international Finance for accurate invoicing.
• Assist with transition to Netsuite and credit/debt management.
• Ensure process compliance with local laws and EU directives.
