LOGEX International Healthcare Analytics B.V., based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Financial Administrator to oversee day-to-day financial administration for our Dutch and UK entities. In this hands-on role you will manage invoicing, expenses, supplier invoices in NetSuite, and month-end reconciliations, while continuously improving processes in a hybrid work environment.

You will work with the Finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting, enabling scalable operations across

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial administration, bookkeeping or accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Proven ability to manage recurring financial processes independently.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of tasks.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance inbox for Netherlands and UK.
• Be first point of contact for finance queries.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and payment reminders.
• Manage billing process from start to finish.
• Review expenses and corporate card transactions in Pleo.
• Process supplier invoices in NetSuite.
• Prepare payment runs and assist bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
