Job summary

Advantech Europe is seeking a dynamic leader to head the European eSales inside sales team in Eindhoven. You will manage and grow existing accounts, actively pursue inbound leads, and close deals as part of a high-performance team in our pan-European organization.

You will coach and develop the group, coordinate with regional sales, digital marketing and technical support, and drive strategic initiatives to expand our e-commerce footprint across Europe.

Qualifications

• Industrial IoT experience.
• University degree in international trade & business, marketing or adjacent fields.
• Hands-on, strategic leader with ownership and drive to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the eSales team to drive inside sales and growth.
• Act as main contact for e-commerce customers via phone, email and chat.
• Proactively follow up inbound leads and close deals as an inside salesperson.
• Collaborate with technical support, marketing and field sales to serve customers.
• Coach, train, monitor and support the team to achieve success.
