Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking an EMEA Inside Sales Manager to lead teams across the Netherlands and France. You will drive performance, optimize processes, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to enable growth while working from our Netherlands office at least three days a week.

The role requires 10+ years in a multi-channel support environment with leadership experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years in a multi-channeled support environment with 2+ years directly managing a team.
• Willing to travel to local events to support sales activities.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management experience is a bonus.
• Digital marketing understanding.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to deliver results consistently.
• Own KPIs for the team and drive performance through coaching and mentoring.
• Plan workforce management and contingency coverage for the team.
• Create an engaging working environment that fosters responsibility, trust and respect.

• Manage projects, priorities and resources to deliver measurable results.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support decisions.
• Identify barriers to excellence and develop new processes; forecast recruitment needs.
• Drive sales targets and operational KPIs across the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional partners to improve processes.
• Optimize lead management and campaign performance.
• Resolve escalations to improve customer and business outcomes.
