Group-IB Europe is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to shape and execute the European regional strategy, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand, and demand campaigns. You will own events, budgets, and multi-channel initiatives, collaborating closely with regional sales and global teams to optimize ROI.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, partner marketing, and a deep understanding of the European cybersecurity market.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or master's in marketing, business or a related area.
• 5 to 7 years' experience in similar marketing roles, cybersecurity is a plus.
• Experience with event management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, 6sense, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to generate data-driven reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European regional marketing strategy, including partner marketing.
• Drive regional campaigns for lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness; optimize them regularly.
• Own the regional events calendar from planning to execution, including conferences and co-marketing events.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate investments for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with regional sales to align targets and incorporate field insights into campaigns.
• Design and run integrated multi-channel campaigns to increase MQLs, SQLs and pipeline velocity.
• Analyze regional performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Refine messaging based on European market trends and competitor strategies.
