Job summary

Ashby in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Demand Gen Lead to own the European ABM strategy for our enterprise segment. You will partner with our US counterpart, Ben, and report to Harriet, VP Marketing, shaping strategy and execution with autonomy and first-principles thinking.

You will localize campaigns, collaborate with Sales, PMM, and creative teams, and manage events, dinners, and activations, using an experimentation framework to learn and adapt quickly across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and executing ABM in enterprise tech across multiple European markets.
• Ability to build and measure target account journeys, messaging, and content.
• Proven track record of collaborating with sales, product marketing, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the EMEA Enterprise ABM strategy and the channels to bet on.
• Develop account-based messaging, content, and creative with cross-functional support.
• Build and manage target account lists and the methodology behind cohorts and movement.
• Manage agency partners (including gifting agency Wildcard) for campaigns.
• Execute the strategy with events coordination, dinners, activations, and conferences.
• Run experiments to localize content, creative, and campaign strategy for EMEA.
