Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp is seeking a Network Department professional to support development projects, coordinate cross-market activities, and provide essential administrative support for dealer management and showroom initiatives.

You will collaborate with regional teams, monitor milestones, and drive information-sharing across markets while contributing to a fast-growing sustainable technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in network management, project management, or marketing promotion; cross-market coordination is a plus.
• Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability, able to follow up on project execution and establish closed-loop management.
• Highly responsible, proactive, able to multitask with strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and promotion of network development projects and track milestones.
• Coordinate monthly meetings between headquarters and regional teams; monitor key actions.
• Provide operational and administrative support for network management activities.
• Establish information-sharing mechanisms to enhance cross-market communication.
