Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years in dealer/aftersales network development or service network planning.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory).
• EU/European market experience is a plus.

Job description

1. About the Role

BYD Company is looking for an experienced and proactive Network Development Manager – Europe to support the expansion and optimization of the European aftersales service network.

This role is responsible for dealer and service network development, network planning coordination, partner onboarding, and network capacity enhancement across the European region.

The ideal candidate should have strong automotive network development experience, commercial understanding, and cross-functional coordination capability within a fast-growing international environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Aftersales Network Development

• Develop and expand BYD’s aftersales service network across Europe
• Support dealer and service partner recruitment activities
• Identify market opportunities and network white spots
• Evaluate potential dealer and service partners
• Lead partner onboarding and network setup processes

2.2 Network Planning & Coverage Management

• Support network planning activities based on vehicle parc, sales forecast, service demand, coverage requirements
• Analyze network capacity and workshop throughput potential
• Support implementation of Hub, Service Center, Light Service, and Mobile Service models
• Optimize network coverage and accessibility

2.3 Dealer & Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer and service partners
• Coordinate dealer development activities and project timelines
• Support dealer operational readiness before launch
• Collaborate with local markets and regional stakeholders

2.4 Facility & Service Readiness

• Coordinate workshop readiness and facility compliance
• Support implementation of workshop standards, tool and equipment requirements, EV/HV safety standards
• Follow up on dealer setup progress and certification

2.5 Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Aftersales Operations, Technical & Training, Parts Operations, Sales Network teams to ensure smooth network launch and operational readiness

2.6 Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor network development progress and KPIs
• Prepare regular reports covering network expansion, coverage status, service capacity, partner onboarding
• Support management decision-making with data analysis

3. Qualifications

3.1 Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Preferred majors：Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field

3.2 Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience
• Minimum 3 years working experience in one of the following fields:
• Dealer network development
• Aftersales network management
• Dealer operations
• Service network planning
• Preferred background：European automotive market working experience
• Bonus：EV / new energy vehicle industry experience

3.3 Required Core Competencies

• Strong network development and project management capability
• Solid understanding of automotive aftersales operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Cross-cultural collaboration capability

3.4 Technical Skills
