Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp is seeking a Network Department professional to support development projects, coordinate cross-market activities, and provide essential administrative support for dealer management and showroom initiatives.

You will collaborate with regional teams, monitor milestones, and drive information-sharing across markets while contributing to a fast-growing sustainable technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in network management, project management, or marketing promotion; cross-market coordination is a plus.
• Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability, able to follow up on project execution and establish closed-loop management.
• Highly responsible, proactive, able to multitask with strong planning and organizational skills.

About Network Department

Network Department is responsible for the dealer management, expansion, performance evaluation, and showroom construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and promotion of network development projects and follow up on project milestones.
• Coordinate monthly meetings between headquarters and regional teams, and track key action items.
• Provide operational and administrative support for other network management activities as required.
• Establish information-sharing mechanisms to promote efficient communication and collaboration across markets.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automotive, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in network management, project management, or marketing promotion; experience in cross-market coordination is a plus.
• Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
