Job summary

Discogs seeks a Regional Partnerships Lead, Europe to oversee seller and partner relationships across Europe. The role works remotely from the Netherlands and coordinates with global Product, Communications, and Customer Support teams.

You will drive regional programmes, activations, and regional insights, while maintaining high standards of clarity in seller communications. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience in seller success, partnerships, account management, or marketplace operations.
• Experience engaging confidently with sellers, buyers, and catalogue driven businesses.
• Excellent written communication and information clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own Discogs’ seller and partner relationships across Europe.
• Act as a regional point of contact for priority sellers and partners.
• Own day-to-day relationships with the European Premium Seller cohort and Discogs European accounts.
• Manage the weekly premium seller performance report and annual cohort recut recommendation.
• Support retention, operational health, and adoption of Discogs tools and workflows.
• Represent Discogs’ values and Partnerships philosophy in market.
