Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own functional reverse logistics program in Europe including customer return parcels and reverse shipping.
• Define standards, processes and frameworks to improve customer experience in partnership with stakeholders (procurement, country operations, OOH).
• Coordinate setup of new after-sales carriers to monitor and drive performance (on-time pickup, lead times).
