Job summary

Sherpaa, a Singapore-based creator of cargo bikes, is expanding across Europe and seeks a Regional Sales Lead based remotely in the Netherlands. You will own the European footprint, onboarding dealers and distributors, and building relationships with key partners across Benelux, Germany and France.

The role covers field sales, brand ambassadorship at expos, end-to-end account management, and collaboration with leadership on marketing and product tweaks to fit local markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle sales experience.
• 2+ years in cargo bike sales.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German or French helpful.
• Own a valid driver’s license and comfortable using a company van.
• Strong prospecting and field sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand B2B network by onboarding bike shops, regional dealers, distributors and importers.
• Visit partners in person to manage the full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Represent Sherpaa at major European bike expos, demos and local events.
• Oversee regional orders, pipeline logistics, and after-sales support.
