Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) seeks an HR Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality HR support across Europe. You will manage payroll, employee records, absence and contracts, collaborating with HR Partners, managers, and Finance to ensure accurate HR back office operations.

You will develop standard reports, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to drive data-informed decisions at both site and EU levels. Fluent in Dutch and English required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR Operations, payroll or a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reports and dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience with payroll processes and HR systems preferred (SD Worx, Workday).
• Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement in an international, changing environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of Dutch/Belgian employment practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Core HR Operations & Administration for Europe.
• Employee Lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding and contracts.
• Payroll coordination with external European providers.
• Absence management and GDPR/compliance adherence.
• Process standardization, simplification, and template improvements across Europe.
• HR reporting, KPI dashboards, and trend analysis for site and EU levels.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems.
