Job summary

ASICS EMEA is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager to own end-to-end trading across all EMEA digital channels from assortment to promotional execution. You’ll forecast revenue, drive margins, and provide commercial briefs to Finance, Marketing, and IT while shaping how trading is executed across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in an Ecommerce trading or digital commercial role with revenue/margin ownership.
• Data-led trading strategy development across digital channels with full trading cycle ownership.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end promotional campaigns and cross-functional briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-led trading strategies to hit online revenue & margin targets across EMEA digital channels.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end promotional campaigns; guide cross-functional teams on timing and mechanics.
• Own category performance reporting and build live trading dashboards as the source of truth.
• Act as the commercial bridge between Buying, Planning and eCommerce; advise assortment alignment.
• Forecast revenue and align trading calendars with Finance and Business Control; flag risks/opportunities.
