Job summary

IMC Trading is seeking a Senior Campus Recruiter to identify and onboard the top 1% of talent from Europe’s premier universities. You will manage the full campus recruitment lifecycle, partner with business leaders, and travel across Europe to recruitment events.

The role is based in Amsterdam, within a collaborative team that values initiative and ownership. You’ll influence recruitment strategy, utilise data insights, and drive improvements in candidate experience and selection processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience, ideally in global finance, trading, tech or consultancy
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading industry
• Critical eye for process improvements and trends
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Enjoys operational recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience
• Thrives in a dynamic, team-driven environment
• Keeps up with campus recruitment trends and best practices

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, assessment, offers and closing
• Build partnerships with business leaders and interviewers to align hiring needs with what great looks like
• Use data to optimise the process, increase efficiency, fairness and quality
• Contribute to strategic projects like market analyses and assessment improvements
• Represent IMC at European recruitment events, with frequent travel (more than four times a year)
