Job summary

IMC Trading is seeking a Trading Recruiter to scale our talent acquisition across Europe. You will own end-to-end recruitment for trading and quantitative research roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and using market insights to inform hiring decisions.

You will build a strong network, craft creative sourcing strategies, and drive high-quality hires that align with IMC's culture and business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience with trading/quantitative disciplines across Europe.
• Proven track record securing top talent including multiple-offer hires.
• Able to influence decisions and partner with hiring managers.
• Uses metrics to guide sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
