• Skilled at using metrics to evaluate performance and guide recruitment strategies.
• Flexible and able to pivot priorities as needs evolve.
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for trading and quantitative research openings in Europe.
• Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Maintain and grow a strong industry network to proactively identify and attract top-tier candidates from niche fields.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment to ensure their skills, experience, and values meet the needs of the hiring team.

• Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of hire.
