The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process for trading and quantitative research roles, collaborating closely with leadership to create effective sourcing strategies. Candidates should have over three years of recruitment experience and a strong ability to engage and influence candidates. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruitment experience focusing on trading and quantitative research talent.
• Proven success in securing candidates, including those with multiple offers.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions through collaboration and insights.
• Ability to engage candidates, collaborate effectively with hiring managers, and influence decisions.
• Skilled at using metrics to evaluate performance and guide recruitment strategies.
• Flexible and able to pivot priorities as needs evolve.
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, celebrating successes, addressing challenges, and offering data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.

In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and securing exceptional talent in trading and quantitative research—disciplines that are critical to our continued success. As a strategic partner to the business, you will collaborate closely with leadership and global recruitment teams to craft and execute scalable, forward-thinking hiring strategies that align with our long-term vision—ensuring we consistently attract and secure top talent in the industry.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for trading and quantitative research openings in Europe
