Job summary

Maven Securities is seeking an Campus Recruitment & HR Specialist to own the onboarding experience for the Amsterdam office and drive the early careers strategy across the Netherlands and Europe. You will partner with universities and internal teams to attract, select and develop interns and graduates, while coordinating visa processes and local onboarding logistics.

Qualifications

Expertise in recruiting and developing early careers talent (interns and graduates).
Experience with onboarding processes and candidate experience initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain partnerships with universities and external partners across the Netherlands and Europe.
Deliver recruitment processes for Intern and Graduate programmes from attraction to offer management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve recruitment processes using data and feedback.
Plan and deliver campus events, career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
Coordinate with hiring managers and leaders to implement the early careers talent strategy.
Track recruitment metrics and ROI of attraction initiatives to inform decisions.
