Job summary

Maven Securities is hiring an Amsterdam-based Campus Recruitment & HR Specialist to lead early careers programmes across the Netherlands and Europe. You will build partnerships with universities, run recruitment for interns and graduates, and own onboarding for the Amsterdam office.

You will work with the Emerging Talent and Core HR teams to enhance candidate experience, manage visa processes, and coordinate events. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

• Expertise in recruiting and developing early careers talent.
• Exposure to HR responsibilities or interest in broader HR experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
• Enthusiasm for employer branding and representing Maven at universities and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Emerging Talent team and hiring managers to deliver recruitment for Intern and Graduate programmes.
• Plan and deliver campus events, careers fairs and employer branding initiatives.
• Own the local onboarding experience for Amsterdam candidates and manage visa processes as needed.
• Track recruitment metrics and communicate pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes using data and market insights.
• Deliver training programmes for graduate and intern cohorts.
