Job summary

IMC, a research-driven trading firm, is seeking a Senior Campus Recruiter to identify and hire top talent from Europe’s premier universities. Based in Amsterdam, you will drive the full campus recruitment lifecycle and represent IMC at European events.

You will partner with leaders, leverage data to refine processes, and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives across Europe. A dynamic team environment and travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in campus or university hiring.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with business leaders and interviewers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campus recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with business leaders to align hiring needs and expectations.
• Use data insights to improve efficiency and fairness of recruitment.
• Contribute to market analyses, process reviews and assessment improvements.

As a Senior Campus Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind spotting and bringing the top 1% of talent from Europe's premier universities on board. Your journey involves navigating the full campus recruitment lifecycle, from identification to selection, and making your mark at European recruitment events.

The team

You'll join our Campus Recruitment team in Europe, based in Amsterdam, part of a wider recruitment organisation of experienced tech, trading and business support recruiters. Collaboration comes first here: we share knowledge, step in for each other in peak season, and succeed as one team.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, assessment review, offer conversations and closing
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and interviewers, and make sure we're aligned on hiring needs and on what great looks like
• Work in a data-driven way, using insights to make our process sharper, fairer and more efficient
• Contribute to strategic projects such as market analyses, process and assessment reviews, and improvements to how we select
• Represent IMC at recruitment events across Europe, with frequent travel (more than four times a year)

• 3+ years of industry experience, ideally within a global finance, trading, tech or consultancy organisation
• Knowledge of financial markets and the trading industry
• A critical eye: you question how things are done, spot trends early and turn them into practical improvements
• The ability to think strategically and act tactically, moving easily between the bigger picture and getting things done today
• A solution-oriented mindset: when something isn't working, you look for a better way
