Job summary

New Balance seeks a Pay Transparency & Compensation Specialist based in Amsterdam to ensure fair and compliant compensation practices across EMEA. This role focuses on data analysis, supporting compliance with EU laws, and collaborating with various teams to drive transparency in pay decisions.

The successful candidate will need a Bachelor’s degree, relevant HR experience, and a strong interest in compensation and analytics. The position is a 12-month fixed term contract with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • Relevant years of experience in HR, compensation, benefits, finance, or analytics.
  • Strong interest in compensation, pay equity, and HR analytics.
  • Basic understanding of EU labour regulations; exposure to pay transparency topics is a plus.
  • Works councils experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
  • Conduct basic analyses such as compa-ratio calculations and market positioning.
  • Provide operational support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
