Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees via an external provider, ensuring compliance with local legislation and SOX controls
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and guarantee timely payments
• Review, analyze, and reconcile payroll-related GL accounts, collaborating with the Payroll Accounting team to address discrepancies
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation for the relevant entities
• Manage and process the payroll of around 1000 employees

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven experience with Payroll and strong accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English (knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage)
