Job summary

PixMob, via CrowdLED, seeks a Logistics Coordinator – EU to own inbound, outbound, and intra-EU logistics for live events and reseller projects from the new EMEA office in Utrecht. You will ensure 100% on-time dock dates while coordinating with Asian manufacturers to align production dispatches and prevent bottlenecks.

In this hybrid Utrecht role, you will manage outbound freight to venues and partners, liaise with 3PLs, and handle customs clearances to keep the show running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in international logistics or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of EU import/export regulations.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics from Asia/Montreal to EU hubs.
• Handle cross-border customs clearances and duties.
• Oversee outbound event and reseller logistics.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and freight forwarders; monitor costs.
• Resolve real-time carrier delays and rerouting.
• Coordinate hub transfers and reverse logistics.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment & Refurbishment on hand-offs.
