Terex/Genie seeks an EMEA Logistics Supervisor based at the European Distribution Center in Oud Gastel, Netherlands. You will oversee and optimize our logistics network across Europe, driving excellence with internal teams and external partners to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires leadership of regional teams, strong analytics, and a passion for continuous improvement in transportation, inventory, and distribution processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, or economics is preferred.
• Experience leading logistics, supply chain, sourcing, or transportation teams.
• Success managing both local and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a regional logistics planning team (direct and matrix-managed).
• Drive logistics performance via KPI management, reporting, and improvements.
• Manage strategic relationships with transport providers and logistics partners across all modes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, and external providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support inventory management, distribution network optimization, capacity planning, and revenue goals.
• Drive logistics compliance across transport, customs, trade, and safety in the EMEA region.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to protect deliveries and business continuity.
