We’re looking for a Manager - PixMob Europe
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role designed to transition our European operations from an early-stage, founder-led model toward a structured, sales and performance-oriented environment. As the leader of our Dutch entity, you will serve as the strategic bridge between Headquarters (HQ) and the local team, overseeing the commercial growth and operations of our EU subsidiary.
This is a hands-on position. You will provide strategic oversight to the EU team, manage local supplier networks and the warehouse, optimize workflows, own the P&L, and ensure our international team thrives in a data-driven, supportive environment. You will foster a business development culture, promoting our solutions across the Entertainment, Sport, and Live Event industries, while expanding and deepening relationships with European decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Organizational Evolution
- Guide and coach a multilingual cross-functional team in an office primarily focused on sales and production.
- Transition the team toward distributed accountability and optimize internal workflows, strategically adding talent where needed.
- Act as the strategic anchor between HQ and the European entity.
- Drive performance across a matrix structure by directing local teams while actively coordinating with functional leads to support dotted-line objectives.
- Ensure local pipelines and metrics remain fully transparent and aligned with global strategy.
Business Development & Commercial Growth
- Actively expand our European market share across the product portfolio by identifying new commercial opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Nurture high-value relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and live event industry influencers.
- Take full ownership of the European profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- Manage budgets, control overhead, and drive predictable, sustainable commercial performance.
Operations & Partnership Management
- Maintain high-level oversight of the EU warehouse footprint, inventory management, landlord agreements, and key supplier relationships to ensure flawless event logistics.
Local HR & Compliance
- Serve as the statutory authorized representative of the European entity.
- Oversee Dutch HR workflows, labor compliance, and payroll platforms, ensuring 100% legal compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership, General Management, or a Country Manager role, ideally within an international environment. Experience in live events, entertainment, or production is a strong plus.
- Commercial Drive: Proven track record of driving strategic revenue growth, closing complex commercial deals, and building partnerships in the European market.
- Financial Acumen: Direct experience managing an independent P&L and authorizing operational contracts.
- Change Management: Demonstrated capability in implementing structure, standard operating procedures, and professionalizing growing teams without dampening creative energy.
- Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of Utrecht, Netherlands.
Languages & Inclusivity
You’ll need professional fluency in English (internal working language) AND Dutch (local working language). Additional European languages are a plus.
Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture. We welcome and value candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our job posting uses simplified grammar to make it easier to read across languages and is not intended to exclude or favor any gender.
Join us to help build a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered.
Thanks for your interest in PixMob Europe! Only selected candidates will be contacted.
