Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Service Logistic Supervisor to join our EMEA service team in ’s-Hertogenbosch. You will report to the Service Manager Logistics and oversee daily shipments, replenishments, returns, tracking and inventory.

After an induction period you will lead a small team and coordinate EMEA depots inventory, shipments and administration, driving efficiency and improvements while liaising with partners and suppliers. Strong Dutch/English and SAP/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• MBO logistics diploma or equivalent by experience.
• 5+ years in logistics and leadership roles in international logistics, inventory control and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipments, replenishments, returns, tracking and inventory.
• Lead a small team after induction, reporting to Service Manager Logistics.
• Coordinate depot inventory, shipments and administration, ensuring efficient operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers and drive process improvements.
