Job summary

Eski Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator – EU to manage end-to-end logistics for live events and reseller projects across Europe.

Based in Utrecht, you will own inbound, outbound, and intra-EU movements, aligning with Asian manufacturing partners to ensure on-time dock dates and smooth customs clearances. You will work closely with 3PLs and internal teams, coordinating freight, costing, and carrier SLAs while staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Deep understanding of EU import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
• Ability to leverage morning hours to coordinate with Asian manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems and carrier-tracking platforms.
• Calm and effective under pressure during time-sensitive freight events.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound and intra-EU logistics to ensure on-time dock dates.
• Align with Asian manufacturing partners on production dispatches and timelines.
• Own intra-EU cross-border customs clearances and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee outbound freight for live events and reseller projects across Europe.
• Manage carrier relationships with 3PLs and freight forwarders and monitor transit times and costs.
• Act as rapid-response lead for delays, rerouting, and last-minute changes.
