Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Europe, acting as a hunter to create a consistent pipeline for Strategic Account Managers. You will engage target markets, qualify leads, and hand off insights to Account Managers.

You will roam the EU market, coordinating with Sales & Marketing, and maintain CRM records. The role requires travel to Europe events and regular office presence in Oosterhout, NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales or business development.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced environment with new business opportunities.
• Ability to thrive with shifting priorities and fast pace.
• Experience with trade shows from pre-planning to lead follow-up.
• Basic industry understanding and ability to become a subject matter expert.
• English speaking and writing fluency; a second European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage target markets, industries and new clients using outbound strategies and networking events.
• Design filtering processes to target prospects with problem-solving mindsets.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and communicate value proposition.
