Job summary

OnLogic, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager EU to lead our European marketing strategy, budget, and execution. You will own demand generation, performance marketing, and relationships with sales, partners, and content teams to drive EU growth through 2027 and beyond.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting direction and also executing directly when needed, mentoring the team, and aligning with global marketing priorities across multiple EU markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with budget/team ownership
• Experience in performance marketing/demand generation (paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email)
• Experience in hub-and-spoke or center-of-excellence marketing models
• Multi-country European go-to-market experience across EU markets
• B2B technology/industrial/hardware sector experience preferred
• Experience influencing channel/partner marketing relationships

Responsibilities

• Develop EU marketing strategy aligned with global goals
• Review campaign performance and adjust budget across markets
• Coordinate with EU Sales for pipeline health and support needs
• Lead and mentor EU marketing team members
• Collaborate with Global Marketing Hub on content and localization
• Track localized market initiatives and resolve sequencing issues
• Prepare reporting on marketing contribution to revenue and pipeline
• Make budget trade-off decisions within delegated authority
