Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Marketing Manager EU (full time) to own the EU marketing strategy, budget, and execution. You will lead demand generation, performance marketing, and relationships with sales, partners, and content teams to drive EU growth through 2027 and beyond.

This hands-on leadership role requires directing and executing where needed, coaching the team, and aligning with regional and global leadership forums.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with budget/leadership experience.
• Hands-on in performance marketing/demand gen (paid, SEO, lifecycle).
• Experience in hub-and-spoke or center-of-excellence models.

Responsibilities

• Develop EU marketing strategy aligned with global goals.
• Review campaign performance and allocate budget across markets.
• Lead and coach the EU marketing team; collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Global Marketing.
• Coordinate with Global Marketing Hub for content and localization needs.
• Manage multi-country go-to-market efforts and localization considerations.
